Beginning with a clearing, you will enter into the circle through a wisp of sage. If weather permits, we will remove our shoes and connect with earth energy barefoot on the grass (or we will be iin the nature surrounded sunroom) , for a qi -yoga guided movement. Following, we will meditate and write intentionally as we reflect on the lessons brought to light by this full moon, share and let go. The evening will extend into a guided and intuitive fire ceremony, accessing the ability to let go intentionally and move through music and drum beats. (bring a drum or shaker to enhance your experience!) We will be grounded and open , bold like a dandelion, together in a supportive and collective field of energy, shedding what no longer serves our greatest good! $45 Includes earthly snack.
